Gwenda Wanamaker Morehead (Johnson) Adams born February 28, 1952, died of brain tumors related to Lung Cancer on June 18, 2018, at the age of 66. She is survived by her husband Samuel Adams, daughter Wendy Wanamaker Evans, a son Shane Morehead and granddaughter Hannah Evans. She has 4 surviving siblings; Kay York, Brent Wanamaker, Gayla McNeal and Bruce Wanamaker as well as many nieces and nephews.

Gwen lived with her son and husband on the Southern Oregon Coast in Bandon. Retired, Gwen worked for Odin Foam in Toledo, Oregon, and managed the Hotel Toledo for 13 years. She lived in California after leaving Kansas in 1988 before moving to Oregon in 1992. A loving wife, mother and doting grandmother she is loved and missed by her family.
